Yoga helps your kids develop the self-awareness to realize how they feel and what they need. They will learn how to manage their emotions, unwind and slow down. They will also acquire self-love, and develop healthy habits.
During this session, we will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how I can best support you in achieving your goals.


With love, passion, patience, fun, games and joy, your child will benefit from good health, stronger immune system, creativity, flexibility, sharper concentration, self confidence, self esteem, mindfulness, being present, peace in body and mind, body awareness, discipline, enhanced social skills, relaxation, positive thinking and visualization. All acquired in a non-competitive environment. Classes are offered from the age of 4 to 14. Pre-registration is needed to secure your child’s spot.
