Hello, My name is Rita Feghaly Moussa

I am a Lebanese mother of four. I discovered my passion for nutrition and self healing when I challenged myself and the doctors in healing from several health issues. I noticed that you can control your looks and your health, by looking after your diet and lifestyle.

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, and your commitment, we will co-create a completely personalized plan, to get you in your aimed direction. All will be done based on your goals and ideal vision of health, that suits your unique body, lifestyle, and preferences.
